Catherine Sherron, Ph.D., has over 20 years of experience as a Professor of Philosophy at Thomas More University in northern Kentucky. She primarily teaches courses in applied ethics (including biomedical and research ethics), death & dying, and philosophy of science. She is also Director of the Institute for Ethical Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies and Director of the James Graham Brown Honors Program. Her scholarly interests are in biomedical and research ethics, as well as death and dying. She has served on the Ethics Committee for Bluegrass Care Navigators (formerly Hospice of the Bluegrass) and regularly presents on applied ethics, often to emergency medical services providers.
